Math is Cool Advisor – 4th Grade

Sunnyslope Elementary

Stipend: $1,131

*Stipends will be prorated on coaches/advisors availability to fulfill all coaching commitments

 

DESCRIPTION: Coach students in math problem solving. Develop math activities and lesson plans in problem solving. Coordinate and attend state math competitions. Plan, implement, and evaluate instruction consistent with building and district curriculum. Supervise field trips. Other related duties as assigned. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to work as a team player and understand the needs of elementary school aged students. Elementary school teaching experience preferred. Attendance and punctuality are important functions of this position. May require prolonged sitting or standing.
